Magnesium participates in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, more than any other mineral and is vital for general well-being. Ancient Magnesium products contain a high concentration of ultra-pure natural magnesium chloride from the pristine Zechstein seabed, one of the most soluble of all magnesium compounds. Directions

Dosage: 5 ml (one teaspoon) contains approx 105 mg elemental magnesium and 325 mg OptiMSM®. Recommended for daily use.
