For a foot bath

Add 150-200g (3-4 scoops) flakes in warm (not hot) water and enjoy it for minimum 20 minutes or longer if desired.

For a bath soak

Add 250-300g (4-6 scoops) flakes in warm bath and relax for minimum 20 minutes or longer to obtain full body rejuvenation. It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week. 100g flakes contains 10.75g magnesium and 8.5g OptiMSM®.
